Tap Next, and Android will retrieve your account information. Note Most functions related to creating and managing folders are not available in the Outlook for Android application. Enter your Office 365 email address and password.
2-If you already have an Exchange ActiveSync account set there, delete it. To select a specific folder, scroll to find it first then tap the name of the folder - you may need to load messages within the folder if this is the first time you have accessed this folder. 1-Go to your Android settings, Accounts and Backup, Accounts. All your folders will be listed - where the default folders listed above will be listed first. A slider window will appear showing your account address and all the folders within your account. To access your folders tap the Microsoft/avatar icon located in the upper left corner of the Outlook app screen.
